Recipe of the Week
Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

Submitted by The Healthy Hippie and Dan. They were listening to Josh Phillips Folk Festival because they are addicted to his cd.
Ingredients Serves 2
2 peppers (green, red, yellow)
1/2 cup of refried beans
1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
2 tbsp of salsa
2 tbsp of guacamole
2 tbsp of pepper jack cheese or vegan alternative
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Cut out the inside of the peppers
Fill peppers with all of the ingredients with the cheese on top
Place on oven sheet
Back for 5 minutes
Enjoy!
Know that it doesn't have to be complicated to eat healthy!!! Simple is best!

Dear Healthy Hippie,
I am afraid of success. I am almost successful and then I sabatoge myself out of it and I am contantly failing. What can I do?
Failing in Montana
Dear Failing,
Well first off you have to stop thinking that you are a failure. What have you done that worked? Make a list of those things and focus on that.
What are you afraid of? If you succeed what is the worst thing that would happen?
Face the fear and do it anyway!
Use mantras. Come up with a mantra that is completely positive like, "I am successful!" Write it down on pieces of paper and tape it up all over your house and read it every time you see it. You will immediatly feel more successful and that in turn will have you make decisions that will lead you towards success.
Surround yourself with positive people. If everyone that you are surrounding yourself with is trying to bring you down, find new people to surround yourself with. You need people who want you to be successful and will love and support you!
